Marquee Letters and numbers are not included. This is a balloon half arch designed to attach to Marquee letters and numbers. A half arch only includes one side. If you would like balloons on both sides order 2. If your letters are stacked and you want a half arch tall enough to go up both stackes order 2 per side. Each half arch is priced to go up one side and across about 3ft.
