Service Agreement

Thank you for choosing Simply Balloons! We’re excited to bring your vision to life. Please review the terms below regarding your balloon installation and services.

SERVICES PROVIDED

Simply Balloons will provide balloon décor and related services as outlined in your invoice, quote, or order confirmation (“Services”).

Designs are custom and may include slight variations based on product availability, installation environment, and artistic interpretation.

OUR INSTALLATION PROCESS

Simply Balloons operates with a streamlined installation process designed to ensure efficiency, quality, and reliability.

Most balloon décor is prepared, inflated, and assembled in advance prior to arrival. This allows our team to:

  • complete installations quickly
  • minimize disruption to your event space
  • work within tight venue timeframes

Because of this preparation process:

  • We typically do not bring large quantities of uninflated balloons onsite
  • Installation is focused on placement, securing, and final styling

As a result, significant design changes cannot be accommodated once we arrive. This includes:

  • major color changes
  • large additions or reductions
  • redesigning previously approved concepts

This process ensures your installation is completed efficiently and as planned, while maintaining the quality and timeliness Simply Balloons is known for.

 

EVENT DETAILS & ACCESS

Client agrees to provide accurate event details including:

  • Event location
  • Setup time window
  • Event start time
  • Breakdown (if applicable)

Client must ensure:

  • Timely and unrestricted access to the installation area
  • A clean, safe, and ready space for setup
  • Adequate setup time prior to the event

Delays caused by venue restrictions or lack of access may result in additional fees or reduced setup.

⏱ SETUP & TIMING

Setup times are scheduled based on the agreed window.

If Simply Balloons is delayed due to circumstances beyond our control (venue delays, access issues, etc.), we are not responsible for reduced event time or impact.

 WEATHER & ENVIRONMENT

Balloons are sensitive to heat, cold, wind, and sunlight.

Client acknowledges that:

  • Outdoor installations are subject to weather-related changes
  • Extreme conditions may affect balloon appearance and lifespan
  • Simply Balloons is not responsible for damage caused by weather or environmental factors after setup

 BALLOON LIFESPAN & CARE

Balloon décor is temporary and delicate by nature.

Simply Balloons does not guarantee:

  • Exact longevity of balloons
  • Resistance to popping, oxidation, or deflation

Client is responsible for protecting installations from:

  • sharp objects
  • pets or children
  • weather exposure
  • tampering or movement

 DELIVERY & INSTALLATION

Delivery and setup will occur within the agreed timeframe.

If Simply Balloons is unable to complete installation due to:

  • denied access
  • incorrect event details
  • unsafe conditions
  • venue restrictions

the service will be considered fulfilled to the extent possible, and additional fees may apply for rescheduling.

 CHANGES & MODIFICATIONS

Any changes to design, location, or timing must be requested in advance.

Last-minute changes may:

  • incur additional fees
  • not be guaranteed

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Cancellations at any time: 25% non-refundable
  • Cancellations within 5 days of event: 50% non-refundable

Payments made may be applied to administrative costs, reserved inventory, and scheduling.

 LIABILITY

Clients assume responsibility for all individuals and property at the event site.

Simply Balloons is not responsible for:

  • injuries
  • property damage
  • issues arising after installation is completed

By accepting services, Client agrees to hold Simply Balloons harmless from any claims related to the use or presence of balloon décor.

📸 PHOTOS & MARKETING

Simply Balloons may photograph installations and use images for marketing unless otherwise requested in writing.

AGREEMENT

By paying a deposit, signing, or accepting services, Client confirms they have read and agree to these terms.
